The Role: Operations Manager
We’re looking for an Operations Manager to take ownership of our field trials and day-to-day operations. At CoreAll, no task is too small, and no idea is too big. In this role, you’ll be a key player—optimizing equipment, meeting with clients, representing CoreAll at industry events, and ensuring our technology consistently performs at its best.
This is a hands-on role within an innovative company that’s rapidly expanding in the energy sector. No days are alike: one day, you’ll strategize in the office; the next, you’ll be in the field, meeting with clients, or representing us at a conference. Who you are

What we need from you
To thrive in this role, you should have a background from the drilling industry, with technical expertise in core drilling or MWD technology. You’re self-driven, solution-focused, and comfortable balancing planning with practical work. Some traveling will be expected, also offshore. 

Your key responsibilities:

• Planning and executing test programs and field operations.
• Overseeing personnel within the Operations and Maintenance teams.
• Managing the daily operations of CoreAll’s Ålgård base.
• Collaborating closely with customers and partners, following up with key clients, and supporting business development.
