Are you our new Senior Reservoir Engineer, Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS)?

We are looking for a Senior Reservoir Engineer with broad experience from subsurface disciplines and operations on the Norwegian Continental Shelf to help us mature opportunities for carbon storage reservoirs.

Work tasks and responsibilities:

• Responsible for identifying the critical reservoir parameters impacting reservoir performance, storage development and injection constraints
• Assess the uncertainty in reservoir data impacting development decisions
• Initiate studies, including geomechanics and geochemical topics, required to assess storage integrity and injection performance 
• Evaluate objectives and strategies for reservoir data acquisition, reservoir monitoring and surveillance programs

We are looking for someone with:

• MSc degree
• Minimum 15 years’ working experience with subsurface disciplines and offshore processes and operations
• Analytical mindset and great communicative skills 
• Leadership qualities

Other skills needed:

• Fluent English (written and oral)
• Norwegian is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Taking initiatives and self-monitoring
