We are looking for a Structure and Pipeline Engineer to mature the module- and piping design of the Barents Blue ammonia plant, the Barents Blue project. A world class Blue Ammonia production plant is developed, using modularization of equipment and processes to optimize early testing and quality control at the yard prior to transportation and installation on site (Markoppnes, Finnmark).

As a Structure and Piping Engineer, you will:
- Mature the module- and piping-design of the Barents Blue ammonia plant by following up engineering activities
- Coordinate and oversee multidiscipline interfaces for modules and piping (control and instrumentation, HVAC, electrical and mechanical)
- Develop structural- and piping-requirements (safety escape routes, noise protection, access for transportation and handling/lifting of equipment, maintenance)
- Mature constructions module quality measures and follow-up strategy
- Optimize pipe-routing for easy access to equipment (valves and actuators) and replacement of rotating equipment
- Follow up stress calculation of modules and piping
- Follow-up work related to handling and transportation of modules to site.
- BSc or MSc degree
- Project experience (design, construction, integration testing and commissioning)
- Competence in lifting and handling of equipment
- Good cooperation skills and finding motivation in working as part of a multidiscipline team
- A tough mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment; a self-starter with great willingness to learn
- Minimum 5-10 years relevant work experience
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
- You will be working for a “start-up” with large-scale projects
